e-TIP is an application designed to replace traditional registration and license cards for individuals engaged in recreational and professional maritime activities in Chile.

This application serves as a valid alternative to the conventional T.I.P. system.

The app is accessible to a wide range of users, including Officers and Crew members of the Merchant Marine, Fisheries and Artisanal sectors, Nautical Athletes, Professional and Recreational Divers, and Port Workers. It provides these users with an option to utilize the app as a substitute for traditional registration cards, while also offering up-to-date information regarding the status of their registrations, courses, and certifications.

To use this application, users must have ClaveÚnica. If they do not have one, they can request it at any Civil Registry office, IPS, or ChileAtiende location nationwide.
